Systems analyst building with generative AI and no-code tools

I build the workflows that get people unstuck before anyone has to pick up the phone.

Requirements gathered one person at a time, regulations translated into steps, and a working product shipped by orchestrating AI and no-code tools. Eight years in human services, seven in technology, now in one role.

What I build with

  • AIGenerative AIClaude Code, prompt orchestration
  • NCNo-code buildersRapid prototyping
  • DBDatabaseRelational data logic
  • WFWorkflow automationSystem logic

How I work

Listen first, model second, then build.

  1. 01

    Sit with one person

Requirements come from individual sessions with the people inside the process, not from a survey. That is where the real friction shows up.

  2. 02

    Find the bottleneck

An inside audit of where information fails to arrive: training delivery, compliance tracking, the step everyone re-explains by phone.

  3. 03

    Model the data first

Regulatory rules become relational tables that have to agree with each other before any screen is drawn. If the model is wrong, no interface can save it.

  4. 04

    Build, then hand over

Prototype with generative AI and no-code tools, iterate with real users, and train the person who will own it one-on-one.

Clairvana, the single front door to the special needs care system

clairvana.com
Clairvana home page: a state selector for California, New Jersey and New York, the headline 'Meet your 24/7 case manager', and Alex, the guide, answering a parent's question about inheritance and SSI.

Problem

Eligibility rules, service catalogues and procedures were scattered across agencies, document formats and staff memory. Vulnerable families and their advocates lost weeks finding out what they could ask for. The same silos repeat in every state.

Process

I mapped the state resource landscape into one relational model, set the roadmap and the UX layout, prototyped every tool with AI and no-code builders, and iterated against sessions with real families and case managers.

Outcome

Fragmented, manual resource mapping replaced by one intuitive workflow, now live for California, New Jersey and New York. Shorter navigation timelines, and a reusable blueprint for accessible digital infrastructure.

  • Conversational guide

Answers the question a parent has right now, in the words they used to ask it, and shows one next step.

  • Letter decoder

Turns a dense agency document into what it means, what it asks for, and what to do about it.

  • Meeting simulator

A rehearsal for the IEP or planning meeting, so the first time a parent says it out loud is not the one that counts.

Experience

Two roles, one through-line

Founder & Principal Systems Architect

  • Conceptualised, built and launched an AI-driven care-navigation and workflow-automation platform to dismantle systemic information silos, now serving families in multiple states.
  • Directed the product roadmap, UX layout and system logic; built the document decoder and the interactive meeting simulator with generative AI frameworks and no-code tools.
  • Replaced fragmented, manual state resource mapping with a unified data workflow, reducing user navigation timelines.

Service Coordinator

  • One-on-one assessments with neurodivergent adults and families to map personal care plans, navigate legal guidelines and isolate systemic process friction, across a caseload of 50 clients.
  • Rigorous documentation of announced and unannounced visits to Title 17 standards; procurement of the services that improve clients' lives.
  • Adapted to dense, changing medical, legal and state rules articulated to clients as step-by-step workflows.
  • Documentation-tracking protocols that improved case turnaround and directly inspired Clairvana's architecture.

Before human services: seven years in technology, including time as a product release manager, which is where I learned to ship on a schedule and to treat a release as a workflow with owners, not a date.

What I'm looking for

One-on-one workflow architecture

Systems-analyst, release-management, solutions and implementation roles where I partner directly with stakeholders to diagnose friction, map procedural logic and configure the system. I do my best work with one person at a time rather than in front of a training room.

  • Systems analyst
  • Release manager
  • Workflow architect
  • Implementation specialist

Show me the process that keeps breaking.

I'll tell you honestly whether it is a workflow problem, and what I would do about it.
